Southern Triad Mission - Ward Street
This time of year when heat costs are rising along with unemployment, many people don't have the money they need for groceries. Donations can be brought to Covenant Church any time and placed in the large gray bin under the coat rack. If you wish to be more involved in this outreach program or to volunteer, contact Judi Marshall .
Covenant's Kids & Maternity Consignment Sale
Since 2005, our consignment sale has been a much-loved way we serve our community. By providing a well-organized and friendly consignment sale, community members are able to sell their gently used children’s clothing, toys, furniture and supplies, while others look forward to shopping for terrific bargains. Additionally, the church’s portion of the proceeds benefits Children and Youth Ministries.
Offered twice a year, the March sale focuses on spring and summer attire, while the August sale gets us ready for “back-to-school” with autumn and winter clothing. With over 200 consigners and thousands of items bursting out of the church, volunteer opportunities abound. Please visit the consignment sale website or e-mail for more information.
